Programmed Central West is currently seeking 3x Forklift Operators to work in the Warehouse and Pack Hall for a local pet food manufacturer in Dubbo, NSW.

We are offering casual ongoing opportunities across multiple shifts for reliable and motivated individuals.

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday 38hrs per week.

Day Shift: 7:00am- 3:00pm in the Warehouse

Night Shift: 11:00pm to 07:00am in the Production Hall

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement

  • Transport raw materials and finished products within the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety standards
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required



To Be Successful in This Role:

  • Reliability – A positive "can-do" attitude is essential
  • Communication Skills – Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Availability – Open to working afternoon and night shifts
  • Experience – Previous warehousing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Transport – A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required
  • Forklift License – With hands-on experience using a forklift (desirable)
  • Physical Fitness – Ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Drug & Alcohol Test – Must be able to successfully pass testing
